In Alex, between Annecy and Thônes, our home welcomes you to a peaceful village at the foot of the mountains. Bring family, friends or your sports group and make yourselves at home.
A large kitchen for shared meals, a living room with a fireplace and another with a television: come together, then enjoy your own space.
RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBOURS IS ESSENTIAL
Peace and quiet are part of your stay.
No noise disturbance will be tolerated, during the day or at night.
The house is in a peaceful village. No noise may disturb our neighbours: loud music, shouting, noisy parties and disturbances in the garden or on the terrace are prohibited. This rule applies to every guest throughout the stay.
If you are planning a loud or party-focused stay, this house is not suitable.

What are the check-in and check-out times ?
Check-in is from 5:30 pm and check-out is by 10 am to allow time for cleaning. Adjustments may be discussed depending on the period.
Can we arrive late?
A key safe can be arranged for late arrivals. Let us know so we can organise your arrival.
How many guests can stay?
We welcome a maximum of 15 guests in total, including children. The available beds offer flexibility in sleeping arrangements; they do not increase this limit.
Are parties allowed?
Quiet stays with family and friends are welcome. No noise disturbance will be tolerated, day or night. Loud music, shouting and noisy parties are prohibited; stag parties are not accepted. No noise may disturb the neighbours, including in the garden or on the terrace.
Where can we park?
You can park in front of the house or in the designated parking area. Details will be provided before arrival.
Is electricity included?
Electricity is charged separately according to actual consumption, with a meter reading taken together. The applicable rate will be confirmed before booking.
Can we make raclette or fondue?
Yes, the necessary equipment is available for your use.
Can we arrange catering?
Our recommendations include the Auberge d’Alex for group meals. Contact them at least 48 hours in advance and confirm services and availability.
How do we book directly?
